The Business Development Executive at a leading tech company in Nugegoda will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation.
- Prepare and present business proposals and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demand.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and its services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
