As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions within the organization. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s overall HR strategy and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives and legal regulations.
• Address employee relations matters such as grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in performance management processes, including conducting appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Organize and manage training and development initiatives to boost employee performance.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with labor laws, health, and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in human resources.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
